The Missouri Gambling Commission has release their revenue reports for the first month of 2010.
The January numbers show that the six casinos in the St. Louis area declined 4 percent.
All but one casino saw a drop in business in January. The President Casino was the only casino in the region that was in the black for the month.
The President’s revenue grew three percent to a hair under $200 million for the month, however that’s just one-third of the revenue it did in January, 2007.
President Casino faces closure by state regulators for its poor financial health.
For the first time since opening in December 2007, Las Vegas-based Pinnacle Entertainment’s Lumiere Place saw its revenue decline.
The downtown casino reported revenue of $16.4 million in January, down 1 percent from $16.5 million last January.
