International Game Technology Africa, a wholly owned subsidiary of game developer International Game Technology has formalized a four year agreement with Southern Africa’s casino leader, Sun International Limited.
Under the terms of the deal, IGT will install 1,000 MegaJackpot Premium gaming systems throughout 20 casino properties in Southern Africa by the end of August 2010.
“Our casino customers are attracted to IGT’s Premium products, and we look forward to building our successes by expanding our offering with the exciting products available to us,” said Des Whitcher, director of gaming development and slots for Sun International Limited.
“We are looking forward to expanding our offering within our market with the new and attractive Premium products,” said Dirk Geere, managing director for IGT - Africa.
The initial Premium-branded products that will be on offer include exciting game themes, concepts and mechanics such as MultiPLAY, 3-D, and the popular Multi-Level Progressives themes Sex and the City™, Wheel of Fortune®, Indiana Jones™, Crystal Fortunes™, Top Dollar®, Party Time!® 2 and more.
