Following a drop of 2.7% in March, slot revenue at Connecticut’s Mohegan Sun Casino appears to be returning to normal.
According to reports from the state Division of Special Revenue, slot revenue at the casino during the month of April was down just under 1% to $63.7 million.
Mohegan Sun contributed 25% of the slot win of $15.9 million to the state under terms of the tribal compact.
With more than 400 fewer slots on the floor the casino took in $785.5 million exceeding the $738.5 million played last April.
The Mashantucket Pequot Tribe, which runs Foxwoods, reported last week that its April slot revenue was down 9.1% to $52.3 million.
